I used Regency Law for the closing of a house and honestly, it wasn’t a great experience. Communication felt clunky, and there were several mistakes throughout the process, and I had to catch one of them myself, which could’ve caused serious issues if it had gone unnoticed. Overall, the experience felt stressful and unreliable. If you’re hoping for a smooth, stress-free closing, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
