EMI care was reasonable. The way the manager personally treated me at the care home was totally unprofessional and callous. She had me in tears a number of times in the meetings they agreed to have with me about the concerns I had with my mum's care and they never apologised for their behaviour towards me. Prior to my mum moved into this home the staff who called me were really friendly. Regency House accepted my Dad as an emergency due to his health declining rapidly. He settled in extremely well, he loved the company of other residents, was happy & smiling from the first time I visited, he was chatty, making jokes and being his normal cheeky self. The staff looked after Dad so well, when I pointed out a concern they were straight on it and if they had concerns the GP/District Nurse/St David's Nurse were called to attend.
