Terrible experience. Ordered a four piece living room set seven weeks ago, found out two days before delivery that one piece would be missing. Store never contacted me to let me know when it would arrive. I had to call twelve times before being told it would definitely arrive today. I was told They would call with a four hour delivery time window, never received a call. Called the store and the manger on duty told me to call back at 5:00 pm if it was not received. Friendly and efficient service on our dining room set purchase. Very friendly store.
Easy purchase process, but sales people were a little pushy on adding the warranty without asking and then saying its required, but no harm no foul for me since I had planned on getting it, but may turn others off
Ronza was absolutely amazing. She knew I needed a bed available for the next day and she made it happen for me. Thank you!!!
