Bought a couch and a sofa with Italian leather that was reasonably price. Jamal was excellent and payed attention to what we were looking to purchase. Also, the delivery arrived as scheduled with the date and time agreed. Overall, very pleased. Thank you.
I ordered my furniture on Feb. 13th from the Catonsville store. My furniture was delivered on March 7th. When I got my furniture yesterday I had no mattress with the order. I was told by the dispatcher from the delivery company that there was no mattress ordered. I called the store and spoke to Kendal he told me that who ever put the order in did not make note that the mattress was suppose to go with my order. I went into the store some weeks ago, and was greeted by Maggie, a very pleasant and helpful English lady. She was patient as I kept changing my mind, and made a few helpful suggestions. I love my new furniture, and will be going back to see Maggie the next time I need furniture.
We found a sofa we liked and when they took our payment they told us, “good news, looks like it will only be four weeks”. We got a call five weeks in and they said they were expecting two of these, one on September 22nd and one September 25th, do we made arrangements with Habitat For Humanity to pick up our one year old sofa. Then they said October 2nd and it’s not here and they’re quoting the 15th of October or maybe November?? Lies!
We had a great experience at Regency Furniture. Big selection and helpful staff. Our kitchen table and stools arrived at the store the next day for us to pick up. No complaints.

Bought a brand new bedroom suite from them and 8 months later the bed broke and can't be repaired in anyway. We went there as its under warrenty and they gave us another number to call, we are getting the run around so you might want to take extreme caution before going here. HERE ARE THE PICTURES ON MY BED AND WE WERE TOLD THEY WILL DO NOTHING BECAUSE WE PICKED IT UP TO SAVE MONEY OUR WARRANTY IS NOT BEING HONORED BEWARE OF THIS PLACE ITS NOT WORTH WASTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY NO MATTER WHAT THEY OFFER YOU.
