Outstanding Experience!! From the greeting to the delivery a 5 star experience. Ana who sold us our furniture, Dennis, in the store and Carlos who deliveried the furniture all deserve 5 stars!! Contrary to other reviews that caused concern, our experience was a 10 star experience!! We are so happy and will return! Thank you Regency Fredericksburg!
My husband and I wanted to replace our family room furniture. We were very happy with the price and selection. Our sales associate Meera T. was very helpful selecting the perfect reclining sofa, love seat and tables. We actually left to shop at Gardiner Wolf but we returned to Regency to make our purchase. I would recommend Regency Furniture
READ MY REVIEW Don't buy from REGENCY FURNITURE ðââ 12/8/16 So I bought a sectional from Regency furniture , I haven't had it 2 months (OCT 10,16) and It was MOLD âand MILDEW âall in the couch âï¸ I contact the store (Woodbridge location )and they sent me to the corporate office .The Corporate Office told me there was nothing that they can do . HORRIBLE!!! I bought a sofa and love seat set paid over $2,000 cash at the store. The set was delivered about 2 weeks later and was DAMAGED! The customer service dept said a rep would be out in 2 weeks to repair the damage, then 4 months went by and NO repair man. After the 4th month of getting lied to by the store manager Mike and the salesman Ray. I decided to file a BBB complaint. All they offered was $100 check refund..OMG seriously!?!?
