Outstanding Experience!! From the greeting to the delivery a 5 star experience. Ana who sold us our furniture, Dennis, in the store and Carlos who deliveried the furniture all deserve 5 stars!! HORRIBLE!!! I bought a sofa and love seat set paid over $2,000 cash at the store. The set was delivered about 2 weeks later and was DAMAGED! The customer service dept said a rep would be out in 2 weeks to repair the damage, then 4 months went by and NO repair man. After the 4th month of getting lied to by the store manager Mike and the salesman Ray. I decided to file a BBB complaint. All they offered was $100 check refund..OMG seriously!?!?
