This is a terrible financial institution. The customer service is extremely lacking which is not surprising because even the CEO Jeffrey R. Chepkevich lacks customer service skills. The company is inefficient when it comes to getting documents out to customers, they do not offer any online payment and you cannot make any payments by phone. Not a company that I would recommend to anyone.
