I had a great experience!! They were so helpful both women that were at the office especially the sweet lady that did my loan n the wonderful lady that helped me get my info I needed from my bank !! Thank U So Very Much!!!
I applied for the loan in the morning had my money by the afternoon the people were really nice
I called to inquire about lending and they were extremely rude. I can’t speak on their loan products but I can say the customer service is atrocious, it’s rare you call somewhere offering business and get treated in such a nasty manner.
This place is horrible and shouldn’t be allowed to give out loans at all! Take their time to get back to you if they even get back to you at all. They totally ghosted me without even a call back. If you don’t want to give a loan to a person after they give you everything you asked them for that’s fine but at least tell them. Have almost great credit and ten times the equity in my home I asked to borrow. All because I didn’t do my taxes for this year yet you refused me a loan.
