They call us 6 times a day if our check is 1 day late in the mail but they don't answer their phone. They don't send statements even when I request them. I just want to know how much pay off is so I can be done with this awful company.
Been dealing with them for years with no issues even when I ran into problems. Always willing to help out any way possible.
I DO NOT APPROVE IN THE WAY THE FINANCE DEPT OPERATES. NEVER KNOWING WHERE ONE STANDS WITH THERE ACCOUNT. NO MONTHLY STATEMENT SHOWING HOW MUCH YOU PAID. ON THE ACCOUNT, HOW MUCH INTEREST IS TAKEN OUT AND HOW MUCH GOES ON THE PRINCIPLE. I'VE NEVER DEALT WITH A COMPANY THAT DEALT LIKE THIS. YOU NEVER KNOW UNLESS YOU REQUEST INFORMATION TO BE SENT AND THEN ALL IT HAS ON IT IS A BALANCE.
