OK - while i was perfectly handled by the customer service rep, i was not happy overall with my experience...it feels as though its really hard to make a payment - waited on the phone 90 mins after i got security alerts trying to set up an online account. As i sat on the phone i decided to just pay it off rather than be jerked around...oh, the phone wait system is ONE opening announcement and a relentless loop of muzak that resets every 15 - 20 mins
