These folks are truly assets to the firm. Stepped inside gave them the proper paperwork and in less then 30 minutes my loan was processed, Christy and Susan work their magic on me, Christy with lung cancer working and providing excellent results.
I could not have had a more comfortable experience! The staff at the New Kensington brnch is amazing. They treated me like family and Christy was so fast I made it to my Dr's appointment on time instead of canceling! I stop back just to say hi when im in the area.i honestly feel like ive made new friends with the way they treat me.
I really miss the young woman with the brown hair who used to work in the front — she was always amazing. The manager, though, is truly one of the most professional people I’ve ever met. I believe they were once at the front as an assistant manager, and now I see why they’ve advanced. While the woman in the back wasn’t able to help me get a loan, the manager took the time to explain clearly why I didn’t qualify and made sure I understood everything.
