Horrible customer service and rude people. These people should be fired for treating the public the way they do. Requested a coupon book a month and a half before payment was due because first one was missing. ( I am a cosigner so I had no book or knowledge of overdue payment) Jamie, at the Madison office, talked to me like I was a piece of garbage for not having the payment in then proceeded to be a child and hang up on me when I was trying to explain the situation. STAY AWAY FROM THESE JERKS!!!!!!
Do not use this company. They make payments as inconvenient as possible. No online payments, no phone payments. Only checks which need to be mailed or dropped off. I have paid much more than the minimum payment every single month. One of my checks didn't get there in time because of a death in the family. The late payment could have been avoided if they entered the 20th century of finance and computer abilities. Now I found out my interest free loan has been voided as a result of that one late payment.
Their customer service is 2nd to none! Super friendly, fantastic grace period and willing to work with you to help you get a Loan you need. They financed me when no one else would! After two spine surgery's, my credit took a major hit. I needed a "safe" SUV for my fiance'(and two children) asap for her new job! Wendy made the process SO simple and easy, absolutely no B.S.!
