Was an easy simple process
I would like to personally thank Kat for having the patience to work with someone like myself. Between not knowing how to work my phone an getting frustrated easily I'm not the best client they may have. With that being said she should win an award for her patience an understanding. Very poor customer service. The bloomsburg branch doesn't return your phone calls until you get ahold of the main financial office. The loan process was a nightmare. I applied through a credit karma offer that stated I had an outstanding chance for approval. I pay almost triple what my loan payment would have been and still got denied. The online application was easy however you get a billion emails directing you to call all the numbers listed to finish certain tasks until they then tell you to call your local branch.
