The bloomsburg office helped me twice with loans very prompt friendly and easy to talk to. Interest rates a little high but to be expected and no penalty for paying off early.
The people were very nice! They did everything they had to do to help you understand the loan, like the life insurance part of the loan and explained everything for the just in case something happens to you and what would happen to the loan! I would recommend anyone to go there for the little bit of help you need!
