Very professional, courteous, polite, and friendly.
The loan closing process was entirely too long. I was in the office for 1 1/2 hours to sign the documents and receive my check. This was a huge inconvenience as I was on my lunch hour. I never expected the lengthy process. Something should be done about this. I was and hour over my Scheduled lunch break and had to take PTO for that length of time. Very unacceptable. !!
