I was disappointed with the Admissions experience at this facility. The Admissions lady (Anna maybe) member’s dress code was unprofessional, and they seemed to lack fundamental knowledge about long-term care options. It left me concerned about the level of care and professionalism here.
Wonderful place, very caring staff. We had struggled to find a place my grandmother felt comfortable staying in and this facility has been amazing to her in every way possible. Highly recommended.
