I do not trust their management. They only care about getting heads in beds and money in their pocket. Not a place for family members you care about.

This company has the most discriminatory HR and Staff. In my time working for them i was belittled constantly and harassed by the care staff because i had just moved from California. Not to mention the fact that they pay new hires with more than 3 years (17.85$) experience gets paid less that people with no experience (22.00$) ive seen it first hand and if you care for your loved ones you should run as far as you can away form this place.

It is clear that RCCO does everything they can to provide great care for all their residents! Everyone from the direct caregivers to the management team to the kitchen and housekeeping crew; they are a supportive team who only wants the best care for the residents of RCCO!

This is a wonderful establishment. Because it is a smaller facility, the residents as well as staff share a warm inviting "home-like" community. With healthcare employment the way it is, I believe Regency does the best job they can and is always striving to do better.
