I agree with Lateira. Before they changed everything a year & a half ago I enjoyed coming to regency. When they changed & changed ownership things have gone down hill. When I was in last summer with a friend (it was her 1st time) & she agrees that the experience was not that great. They student I had just did not seem like she liked doing nails. I had the worst experience today. I go into the shop thinking I'm getting a color, thermal, and trim. Over the phone I'm told my total cost was going to be $36.00. I get there and the boy who was going to be doing my hair, ask me what do I want done today. I was thinking like " shouldn't he know what I want done", so I told him. He grabbed the instructor and she said that there wouldn't be time to do all things, so I decided to just do the hair color and a thermal.
