They did a fantastic job getting the color EXACTLY as I wanted, which was no mean feat considering the shape it was in and the color I wanted. Very pleased.
Made an appointment to get my hair done a grey ombre. Over the phone they said it was no problem. Went in and was told because my hair was dyed from a box they couldnt do it. My daughter has had her hair done at the same location dark brown to platinum blonde with no issues whats so ever. Highly disappointed and will never go back.
