Regen Wellness is truly a hidden gem in South East Melbourne. With a wide range of wellness modalities, it feels like a mini health retreat right in the local area. The facility is spotless and well maintained, with friendly staff always on hand to assist. I love ReGen Wellness. The space is so calming and tranquil (and clean). The staff are wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve been using the infrared sauna for a couple of months now. I’ve tried the mild hyperbaric oxygen chamber pod a Bourke of times, and have just started the cold plunge therapy. I was a bit hesitant to try it, but I really wanted to give it a go because i know it has so many positive benefits. So far so good. I’ve been feeling so good, and my energy levels are great!
