Regen Wellness is an amazing environment. James and his team have everything organised and ready before your appointment. I love the privacy of the ice bath and the state of the art infrared saunas. All very clean and welcoming spaces to relax and enjoy!
I’ve been going to Regen Wellness for 3 weeks now and having been loving the super professional (and caring) service I am given on each visit. You can tell that the staff know their stuff and love working there. The location is stylish, quiet, located in a great spot on Hampton st, with easy parking. Had a great experience here. Tried the oxygen tank, PMF, ice bath, sauna, and red light therapy and was really impressed with how good I felt afterwards. The facilities are clean and modern, and the staff were very helpful. Left feeling more energised and relaxed. Highly recommend.
