Regen Wellness is truly a hidden gem in South East Melbourne. With a wide range of wellness modalities, it feels like a mini health retreat right in the local area. The facility is spotless and well maintained, with friendly staff always on hand to assist. I love ReGen Wellness. The space is so calming and tranquil (and clean). The staff are wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve been using the infrared sauna for a couple of months now. I’ve tried the mild hyperbaric oxygen chamber pod a Bourke of times, and have just started the cold plunge therapy. I was a bit hesitant to try it, but I really wanted to give it a go because i know it has so many positive benefits. So far so good. I’ve been feeling so good, and my energy levels are great!
My regular weekly sessions at Regen are part of the reason I have been so successful in maintaining my health and weight loss in the past 12 months. It sets me up for the week, sleeping better, stable mood, less inflammation and musculoskeletal pain and a great mindset to balance my busy life of work, family and humanitarian interests. James and Courtney are so welcoming and encouraging and have created a beautiful space with a calm and professional ambience. Dr Sue English OAM.
I love my visits to Regen Wellness! My favourite is the Oxygen Pod and the Infared Sauna and they also have yummy electrolytes. The staff are friendly and I always leaving very relaxed and happy.
