Came to watch the movie insidious at 6 and was trying to log into my account for points and the manager working today august 21st 2026 was super rude and said hey what’s the problem we have other people to serve was barley in line for 5-10 minutes ordering as well never had an issue here at all but it’s my birthday today and I was not expecting someone to treat me rude and unprofessional guy had glasses and curly hair in a ponytail

I spent about half a day attempting to contact customer service and without a doubt. . . This theater has the absolute WORST customer service. No phone number on the website to call the local theater, so you call the shared number and it takes you through 7 numbers before contacting the local theater. Once you sit through that, you transfer to the theater and this is where one of three things happen: a) the call ends, b) the number is no longer in service, or c) an error happens and you are forced to end the call and restart... read more

Good theatre, good laser screens, only lacking in the seat and chair department. Still using the old fold down chairs, but everything else was good-great.
