We’ve just had a 30 year old Moran sofa bed reupholstered with Regal and are delighted with the result. It wasn’t a straightforward job as the material was an open tartan. All the stripes are perfectly aligned, the sofa looks and feels like brand new. The communication was great through out the process and the price was very reasonable. Super-happy with Regal Upholstery.
Terrible customer service. Organises times to quote and doesn't show up. Doesnt answer or return calls or messages. Dont waste your time on businesses that dont at least call to say they cant make an appointment. Since found a much better upholsterer at more than half the price for a better material.
Great service and beautiful couches and ottoman! Top quality :)
