Very unprofessional and dishonest people.
I would not recommend this tax preparer. I have never used them and decided to give them a chance even though they dont have reviews because Donna was very nice on the phone and they were nearby. They do not accept walk-in consultations, they asked over the phone that I drop off my forms and they would call me once they had reviewed my forms. I asked how much they charge to file but they said it depends on my forms. They were up front about the $40 consultation fee if I didn't decide to file with them after they reviewed the... read more
