I sent all my documents in through the portal then had my zoom appointment with Regina. She told me what my refund would be and that she would file an injured spouse form for me. Well, 2 months later I received notice from the IRS saying I DID NOT file my taxes. My 2 daughters used her and she did them worse! After filing she Verbally gave them their refund amount, told them the fee was $75 but only send when they received their refund.
