Tom was wonderful to work with. He has the patience of a saint!! We had a very LOUD party and he never complained or said a thing. He was punctual and quick to respond to all texts. The limo was very clean and well stocked with ice and water for our underage party. I highly recommend Regal Limousine!
The communication was very poor when booking at setting up trip. Trip included pick and drop off to airport. One the way to airport we reconfirmed pickup date. Driver said to text him flight information which we did. 2hrs before we had to go to airport for our return flight they said they can not pick us up. The drive was sick which is bs. How do you run a business like that where you just cancel on people. Horrible service and completely unreliable would never recommend them to anyone.
