We were sent a boogie board with missing parts. It’s been a month now of calling and emailing trying to figure out how to return it and get another one. Really poor customer service. I would love to get this sorted out immediately.
Absolutely terrible customer service. We spoke with Mark who was rude on the phone and ultimately hung up on me. We would still like to return the baby buggy because our son does not like sitting on it. We just had the birth of our newborn and barely missed the 30 days return window and tried asking for a bit of flexiblity on the return window.
