The seats are comfortable. But not all the recliners were working, the theater was very clean
Customer service was not good. Elder lady at counter was rude right off the bat. She lectured us about tge line which we were standing in telling us that people are always fighting because of the line. Not sure if she was frustrated or just burned out with her job. Popcorn was terrible no flavor no salt no butter, you can pour your own however obviously only on top, not enjoyable. I needed to step out to sit with my infant baby and there is only 1 sitting bench in the whole lobby. I will not return here.
Michael Collins provided outstanding customer service! He was very friendly, professional, and incredibly fast. He made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. It’s clear he cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to help. I’ll definitely be back because of the excellent service. Highly recommend asking for Michael!
