There are much better and cheaper theathers in the area. There is a paid parking structure across the street. IMPORTANT: Regal Jack London ONLY validates 2 hours of parking across the street so Of your movie is 2 hours and 5 minutes long, you pay for the whole parking time. This 2 hour limitation is not posted anywhere. Theater is fine but there are cheaper options around the area. Concessions are expensive, but that is the same for all theaters.
The only good thing about this theatre is that the employees at concessions were nice and bathrooms were clean. The seats get negative 5 stars. For the same price or cheaper you can get a comfy recliner and concession service brought to your seat. Now I see why I haven't been here since Spider Man 2 with Toby macguire came out. The Regal theatre not really living up to the definition of Regal.
I love this Theater. I have loved going to the movies all of my life. I have the Regal Unlimited Pass now (not sure why I did not get one sooner). I literally go to the Regal at Jack London Square almost every single week. The entire staff is very friendly from the management to the concessions folks, even the security guards. It is clean and rarely too crowded. I look forward to not only seeing the latest movies, but chatting with the staff before and after. See a movie on the Big Screen. You'll be glad you did.
All the basics of a good theater plus nice food options and free refills on popcorn and drinks.
Super chill movie theater! Expect ~20 min of ads but I just used the time to get a free refill on my popcorn :P. Great movie-going experience!
