I have not been to the movies in over 10 years but I wanted to see Musk so I thought I’d treat myself. Simply put, I won’t to back. Pop corn was over $13. It was greasy, salty and burnt. Inedible. Too many commercials, about 20 minutes worth. It was not an enjoyable experience.
I’m in the middle of a 10 PM show with an 85% full theater, and you couldn't even be bothered to turn the AC on? It is completely suffocating in here, and to make it worse, there isn't a single staff member around to fix it. Absolutely disgraceful service.
I’ve been to this theater a handful of times and every time I do it’s a disaster. They seem understaffed, usually have to wait 15-20 minutes in concessions line, the lobby is always a mess
