Alex was phenomenal! He worked with my 13 year old son. My son was having some shoulder soreness before his baseball season started. Alex assessed his needs, taught him different exercises, and built a program to meet his needs and schedule. He was incredibly knowledgeable, very kind, and genuinely fun to chat with. I highly recommend him!
Knee pain was my daily reality and after other strategies failed- I was wondering if knee pain was going to be my future reality as well. Alex is a very genuine and caring person. He helped me with a nagging lower back issue. The plan that he provided not only allowed me to come back quicker but I haven’t had the same issue since! I highly recommend as a former professional athlete.
So glad we found Alex to help our 11 year old heal his shoulder growth plate injury! My 14 year old son had some chronic hip problems. Alex was very knowledgeable with the strength and stretching exercises to get him back on track. Alex is very responsive to questions via email, call, or in person and explains everything well.
