Our son broke his ankle in a hockey game. With his goal of being ready for spring TO’s we were on the hunt for a PT that knew the game and expectations of a hockey player. We were referred to Alex by a coach. After meeting with/ Alex our son , wife and I were 100% this is the right guy to help our son. Alex is awesome. He's responsive to ongoing issues, and he works to formulate a plan to help you achieve your end-goals. I had been having calf issues for years that went misdiagnosed or undiagnosed through by other providers. Now, he's clearly properly diagnosed the issue and helped me implement a plan that has kept the issue from coming back. Highly recommend!
I went in a few months ago and my shoulder was not feeling good couldn’t do much with it dislocated it 5 or more times, and I went into see Alex he said we could get it felling better and not long after he had me started doing his rehab it was feeling better after a few months of the rehab and seeing him everything was feeling a lot better since I’ve I started doing his rehab. Now my shoulder is feeling good and I can do everything with it again.
It was such a great time, and with the exercises and stretching, my neck felt a lot better afterward. Will definitely recommend it.
Very grateful for Alex's knowledge and support. Our athlete is back to 100% and has no pain.
