Becareful there salesteam David Pina, Jorge Galavis, Alma Benfield, and Andres Ricon they all openly discriminate. For 3 years they put me under so much stress, it was nearly impossible to run my business. I had no support, even though I paid for it. 12 yrs of loyalty to this company, and just like that discriminated against. Jorge Galavis, was the instigator, this man has hate in his heart and they all conspire together. It's sad when you have people like this working for a company that doesn't belong to them. I have used this software for 10 yrs and every year the cost of the software has gone up. Now it is $500 for the software plus the efile fees. I have had enough. No more for me.
