I first reached out to RMS about 6 years ago, and have been using their services ever since. Brooke is very professional and responsive with any questions I have had with my returns. The IRS is slow. The rate of speed you will receive your refund has nothing to do with Refund Management Services. There are a lot of hoops to jump through with the IRS, and they don’t make collecting our withheld taxes easy! I 100% recommend using RMS - their company is worth it.
This business is great and safe .. your information are in good hands with Brooke . The payment took a long time but irs is slow we can’t blame the middle guy for this ..I will definitely refer friend and deal with Brooke again .. thank you
