Very professional and trustworthy I have been using RMS for many years and they have always been very responsive Refunds from the IRS are definitely slower than they used to be but RMS cannot be responsible for that Appreciate your service, Thankyou

We have used RMS twice now. The first time was just as Covid hit so we understood why it was taking an extremely long time to get our refund. However when that time stretched to over 2 1/2 years we phoned and were told they had “dropped the ball” and our refund came several weeks later. When we had another winning we decided to give RMS another chance. We were told it would take 6-8 months once it was filed in February (2024). Unfortunately decided to file my tax return with this company . They are completely a scam or don't know what they are doing. after me confirming with irs I find out that they file my taxes under someone else name . According to the irs they said it might be a mistake by the accounting office who filed you paper work or a fraud attempt not sure But still the responsibility goes to the office filed your papers because there was no follow up and they didn't check the proper name . Very Very desapointed no follow up, no updates, waisted my time for about one year nothing ever happened . they missed spelled my middlename that what caused the delay and they tried to blame it on me . They had a copy of the wining slips , Passport,Driver license , they still spelled my name wrong ,simply pay attention to the detailes before you file. I had to witdrew my papers from them and start over again with somone else and wait again god knows how long. I dont recomend RMS What A waste of time.

I have contacted RMS(refund management services) in Ontario Canada. Every time I call them to get a update I seen to get a different answer on how long it takes to get my refund. Originally they stated it takes 6-8 months and now it's going into the 10th month. Feeling very frustrated. I talked with the manager on a few occasions and she stated that she would give me a call back and of course she never did. Your customer service is crap.
