I've been locked out for too many failed login attempts and I'm now required to contact refund express. There is no number provided to call and the only way to contact refund express is by using their chat system that requires you to login. Stuck.
Refund express? I lodged almost 6 months ago.. super hard to get any response. Then when you do it’s usually for a response or confirmation that you’ve already given. Only reason I’m reviewing (I tend to just suck it up and move on) is because of how they have just launched their new website. All the things they mention on there I have not experienced. ☹ I've been using these guys for a few years with no issues. THIS YEAR atrocious, worst service ever, still waiting for my return 22 days later, I've messaged them with no replies, finally got in touch after calling for several days to be told all the staff had the flu and they hadn't even passed my assessment onto the ato. Life happens I understand but it goes on and they have affected me indirectly by not fulfilling there position after paying the $79 to get my return completed.
