First, once you book your appointment they send you intake forms to your email so they know exactly what is bothering you, and take in a little bit about your history. Taylor Tidwell is a precious gem! Taylor's massages are a truly healing experience. Taylor has the ability to relax and nurture while also addressing some deeply held chronic tension. I felt like Taylor was giving my body more space to breathe and live without feeling like he was trying to "fix" me. I highly recommend his 90 min sessions with aromatherapy and hot towels!
