I have lived here for a couple months. The medteks are all very nice and helpful. Management is very nice and respectful. Vicki and Joel are wonderful managers. If I had a criticism it would be that going in and out of the building can be a pain because there are doors with codes in them. But the medteks are very prompt when opening the doors for us even though it might take some time. I feel very safe here. The food is ALF food, its acceptable, the cook tries her best. The worst facility ever roaches every where the staff only speak spanish they dont wash there hands where the same gloves to take care of every patients very rude dont like to help nasty facility wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy O stars dont know how there open
They not eating right at all I won’t feed that to my dog
Funny how all three of the reviews have never worked for our facility, It amazes me how far a disgruntled employee will go, utterly ridiculous hopefully no other facility ever has to deal with the employees we terminated.
I absolutely love working for Refuge At new life House, Great environment, awesome management! In my 15 year CNA career I have never found a more caring, clean and professional facility than refuge!
