I've been buying from refrigiwear for 2 years and thus far my items have been solid. The types of items I have purchased have been base layers and outerwear - I have a set of their polar force and a set of their chillshield. Both have been awesome the only recommendation I have is to add venting capabilities. My high vis insulated vest is awesome too. I sent a couple of emails requesting a new snap for my jacket. The snap broke during the first use. Someone named Brooke Gillespie finally replied & wanted a picture of the broken snap. I finally just used a rock to reattach the broken snap. I didn’t realize that it took an act of congress to get a snap for a jacket the I shelled out $200 bones for.
