This was my first time coming to RSD in Yakima, and it will definitely be my last. I went in to ask about ordering a part, and the guy at the front — Blake — gave off nothing but attitude. When I asked if I could order a part, he smirked and sarcastically asked, “Who told you we carry that?” I gave him the model number of the unit and asked if he could help look up a part number, and he didn’t even bother. Great people! They know what they're talking about and always have it when you need it
Great people they know what they're talking about every time I go in they helped me out right away and give me the best prices
There are a couple nice guys there that give good service, but there is one or two of them make u feel like u are an inconvenience when u ask for service or info on parts or products. Idk if they hate their job or if it was me but I'm always very polite. They have a way of making u feel like an idiot for verifying info on the product u are looking for or buying. I have been a hvac tech for a long time and have only experienced bad service like this from this specific rsd in yakima.
They refused to sell me air conditioning, even though I am an HVAC contractor, and they refused to give me an explanation of the reason for the refusal. Very bad experience.
