Sales counter people are nice but when picking up parts from warehouse be prepared to be treated crappy. 0 customer service back there.
Stopped by today to get a capacitor and to open an account. Idk what made the lady at the counter assume I wasnt a contractor maybe because I was in plain clothes (shorts and flip flops) or a woman. But she repeated twice I needed to be a licensed contractor, (which Iam by the way) then called me sweetie, after I told her nvm I’ll go to re Michaels instead.
