I had a very frustrating experience. I called ahead to ask if they accepted walk-ins or appointments, and the woman on the phone told me to come in. When I arrived, she abruptly said they were too busy and seemed very dismissive. She told me to return when they are not busy. I asked when I should return, when would they not be busy? Her response was that she didn’t know. The lack of communication and courtesy was disappointing and made the whole interaction feel unprofessional. I won’t be returning

Aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen habe ich diesen Ort für eine einstündige Massage ausprobiert. Die Massage zu sanft und auch nach dem ich die Masseurin darauf hingewiesen habe, hat sie leider mit der gleichen Intensität weitergemacht. Die größte Enttäuschung war jedoch, dass die Massage genau 40 Minuten gedauert hat. Beim Verlassen hat sie auf ein Trinkgeld von 20$ bestanden und behauptet, dass die Massage eine Stunde gedauert hat. Alles zusammengefasst kann ich diesen Ort nicht weiter empfehlen.
