Absolutely love my visits to Refresh Wellness Studio. Therapeutic massage with Leah for my chronic back & shoulder discomfort. She always checks in at beginning of the appointment to see which spots are causing me the most issues. Great at answering any questions I may have. Very knowledgeable & much relief is achieved after my massage. I also love that they have aesthetics services available. I've had manicures, pedicures & waxing done with Grace. My husband has booked me massages here many times over the years, and I’ve always left happy, relaxed, and pain-free. Because of those experiences, I trusted this spa and decided to book myself a pregnancy massage and pedicure as a treat before the end of my pregnancy. I’ve gone to see Kristine a couple of times for massages and she is wonderful!! I went in for a particular issue with my shoulders the first time, but we were able to discover a few other problem areas in my neck and back. I never would have known that there was extra tension in some spots if I didn’t come to see her! I leave feeling so refreshed and relaxed every time, I couldn’t ask for a better experience!
