I came to Refresh Wellness Wetaskiwin with severe frozen shoulder pain—sharp nerve pain that shot from my shoulder down to my hand for over three weeks. It felt like my arm had been violently twisted and electrocuted at the same time. After just one acupuncture session with Mona, I’d say about 70% of the pain was gone! I had never tried acupuncture before, but I am now a firm believer. Highly recommend Mona at Refresh Wellness for anyone dealing with nerve or muscle pain!
