Jib is the best massage therapist! Kind, attentive and excellent for deep tissue. He also is fantastic at a relaxing massage if you prefer. Highly recommend!
I came to Refresh Wellness Wetaskiwin with severe frozen shoulder pain—sharp nerve pain that shot from my shoulder down to my hand for over three weeks. It felt like my arm had been violently twisted and electrocuted at the same time. After just one acupuncture session with Mona, I’d say about 70% of the pain was gone!
