Very hostile and confusing response The service is not up for the price and you are not properly conducting your business correctly as simple as that, i don’t know what and who are you referring to, it doesn’t make sense! If you knew you made a mistake, you best move is to apologies. Deflecting, creating confusion and digging in won’t help you, they just make it worse! Shame that you didn’t know. Keep that in mind moving forward!
Expensive price for a terrible massage, no techniques whatsoever, it was a light rub with oil on top which I could’ve done it myself. Pretty disappointed with the service but what more disappointing is the dodgy practice, she charged quite high considering the business didn’t register for GST which doesn’t add up while the business employed 7-8 people! I was so impressed from the moment I walked in! The atmosphere was peaceful, clean, and truly relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout the service. The massage technique was excellent. I felt so light and relaxed afterwards, and even slept so well that night! 💆♀️✨ The price is reasonable for the quality and care provided. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to everyone!
I went to this place for the first time for a deep tissue massage through classpass! I had a lot of left over credits and wanted to use it in one go. I have been training a lot for a half marathon and ongoing neck issues from my desk job. I definitely got what I paid for.
