Will come back again, while I was here a client had left a bad review because she never confirmed her time and was rude and not understanding the masseuse, the owner handled well in my opinion.
I wanted to fly in from out of state to surprise my mom for Mother’s Day with church lunch and a spa treatment. I messaged through messenger and said I wanted an appointment, was told yes then they came back and said someone booked it online, that’s understandable , so I asked if there were any other times that day, I was told yes and hr later.
