Will try to assign you inexperienced interns and not real therapists Edit: And as you can see from the rude and combative response to my review, Refresh Psychotherapy is as unprofessional as they come. Again, if you want quality therapy, do not put your time and energy into Refresh.
Horrible service.
Forms on the site don't notify the therapists about consultations, and for some odd reason, the intake liaisons didn't tell me this when they sent me the links to the therapist pages on the site and told me to set up a consult. These forms send confirmation emails automatically, that tell you the therapist is notified too, which isn't true. I was told the practice "uses a different platform for that," or whatever. I was unable to pursue psychodynamic psychotherapy at Refresh given the interactions that I had with the CEO, Keeley Teemsma English (LCSW). She falsely accused me of threatening one of the therapists (Eli), with whom I had scheduled an intake appointment. She also falsely accused me of reporting to the state that I wanted to cancel my intake appointment, which I had not.
