Have seen Alex recently for a running knee niggle. He had been highly recommended by several friends. Alex was so thorough and spot on with examination, diagnosis and recommendations. Have followed his advice and have had great results. Appreciated his communication also with my massage theraprist (combined treatment has really helped!). Would highly recommend!

Alex is the best physio that I've had in a long long time. Constantly supporting and fitting in us soccer girls on a weekly basis. Alex knows his stuff and it's great to get direction from him for strength and conditioning!
Super knowledgeable physio and the clinic has a welcoming atmosphere. Helped me get back to playing the sports I love after a major injury this year.
I saw Alex to help with pain during pregnancy and I saw Issy post-partum to check my pelvic health and assist with reformer Pilates and pelvic floor strengthening exercises. Alex and Issy were friendly, welcoming, professional and so knowledgeable and helpful with everything I needed. Highly recommend the team at Refresh Physio :)
