The location is extremely clean, well decorated and overall pleasant. Definitely in the top tier of what you’d picture when you picture a quality spa. My major complaint is that I scheduled an 1.5 massage, I arrived 15 minutes early but wasn't taken back until four minutes after my appointment start time and after changing, the masseuse didn't begin until 12 minutes into my 1.5 hour time.
