Bait and switch. Talking cheaper than anyone else, then quote you double anyone else. Plus the office manager is very very wierd. Talked on the phone about double chin, forwarded pics of chin, asked me if I want anything else, I said yes fupa... She said oh so you only want fupa not chin?!?! In a text! See pics! Crazy probably a lot of Billing problems.. But definitely their prices are double here in Laguna beach and Newport beach.
I had a wonderful experience at Refresh Med Spa. The doctor and nurse were very informative and knowledgeable about skincare and clearly knows what they are doing. They took their time and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I received a laser facial, and it made my skin feel tight and bright. Just what I needed before my daughter’s wedding. I felt so beautiful and received so many compliments on my skin. I will definitely be returning!
Had a great experience getting my PDO threads done with Dr. K and Nurse Fatima. They walked me through the process, patiently answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Follow up was easy and they were more than happy to meet with and tweak things for me just to make sure I was 100% happy with my results. Thank you again for taking care of me!
I’d like to share an uncomfortable and disappointing experience I had during a text exchange with a staff member at this clinic. I reached out with a personal concern about sagging around my cheeks and lips and even shared a photo to explain what I was looking for. Instead of receiving support or empathy, I was told very directly that nothing they offer would help me due to my BMI, since their treatments are non-surgical. I cant not put into words how grateful I am to have found this oasis. Dr. Rowhanian and Nurse Fatima are first of all really personable and I always feel comfortable in their office. I received a skin treatment from them and this is a very rare skin condition that literally plagued me with embarrassment. I had gone to quite a few doctors who wouldn't even try to work on me because of my skin tone. It was really disheartening. However this office has the right laser for dark skin tones! And it worked!
