I reached out to refresh for a tenancy agreement situation and it was a great investment. Very disappointing experience with Refresh Law. I made it clear from the beginning that I needed representation for a specific hearing time. Based on that understanding, I completed their intake process, submitted documents, and provided my credit card information. I was then connected with Ryan, who cancelled our 3 p.m. consultation before it even happened.
