Due to ongoing issues with constipation-- and a desire to detox my body as much as possible - I had my first ever colonic at Refresh. Lauren was obviously very knowledgeable, and explained the procedure thoroughly, and in a very supportive way. It was a very useful experience for me, and it encouraged me to return for a follow-up appointment about a week later. I speak very highly of her care, and wish her every success for the future. I have had a few visits with Lauren and found them very beneficial. Lauren understands my gut issues and does not judge me for my poor eating habits. I feel relaxed and comfortable during my visits as Lauren gives me plenty of privacy.
