This was my first colonic and I was made very comfortable with my visit. Lauren set me at ease which made the experience so relaxed. I learnt a lot and shared a lot of experiences. My gut has felt less bloated and so much more comfortable . Thank you and I will be back for another colonic very soon.

Due to ongoing issues with constipation-- and a desire to detox my body as much as possible - I had my first ever colonic at Refresh. Lauren was obviously very knowledgeable, and explained the procedure thoroughly, and in a very supportive way.
