I’ve been a regular at Refresh Center in River Oaks and usually love their foot massages, but my last visit was really disappointing. I’m just a teen, and my aunt was going to tip for both of us, but the staff demanded that I personally tip a minimum of $5 or 20%, even though I had already given $2. This felt very rude and unnecessary. I even asked to have my money back, and they refused. I visit refreshed assad center, at least twice a month, every time I leave. I am relaxed. They have great customer service and the massages are awesome.
I love this place, I go almost every week. Great massages, great business.
