The worst experience ever! Money waste! After Lumecca treatment my dark spots did not get even lighter! I have payed for nothing! Fraud!! They set up the laser the way to perform on you multiply times while other clinics can help it from the first treatment!! That’s why they never make a pics before/after! Very unprofessional
I can not speak highly enough of this Med Spa. Over the last 4 years I have tried out a few, but Reforme Lab is now my absolute go to. Besides being a gorgeous place with a calming atmosphere- the services they provide are top tier. All of the women are so welcoming, caring and helpful... it is not intimidating like many other med spas. They take the time to answer questions, give advice and listen to your needs and goals.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience so the staff can reflect and improve. I had booked a consultation with Dina, expecting a professional and welcoming environment. Instead, when I arrived, both Dina and her secretary looked at each other without greeting me, which immediately made me feel awkward and as though I wasn’t expected or welcome.
