After previous experiences with physios I lost faith in physiotheraphy and looked to alternatives but I’m pleased I tried again as Libby was amazing. I really appreciated the approach taken that ensures what is important to you is taken into consideration whilst ensuring you make progress. Have recommended to a few friends already. Thanks.

I got recommend Phil and he was great. Helped me back from a knee niggle that was giving me a bit of grief. Couldn't recommend more and incredibly nice and friendly.

I ... read more

After setting out a clear plan including mobility and S&C I was back running at my desired pace and weekly distance goal within 4 sessions (just in time to start my marathon training block). A few weeks before the big day and after my longest training run I strained my hamstring. Phil saw me as soon as possible and after some treatment and sound advice I was back to my training plan within a week. Phil ensured I got to the start line ... read more
